Refund Policy

1. REFUND

We make every effort to provide the service to you as per the specifications and timelines mentioned against each service or product purchased by you from the platform. however if due to any reason, we are unable to provide to you the service or product you purchased from us, then you shall be entitled to a refund which shall be subject on the following situations:

  • The Refund shall be only considered in the event there is a clear, visible deficiency with the service or product purchased from the Platform.
  • In the event a customer has paid for a service and then requests for a refund only because there was a change in mind, the refund shall not be considered as there is no fault, defect, or onus on the platform.

Based on the discussion the users will receive the quality based deliverables from the sellers/freelancers. Both the parties Users and the sellers/freelancers have the right to cancel the order mutually. In case if any dispute arises between both the parties then it has to referred to resolution center and the (Platform Admin) management/Companies decision will be Final. The Company will make a full refund except for the service charges. The amount will be refunded by the company within 30 days. The Company will not transfer the refund amount back to the Users accounts but will remain as a store credit.

2.  CANCELLATION

As a buyer, you may cancel your order at any time. But you are not allowed to cancel the order if;

  • the order has been dispatched from the seller(s),
  • the seller already started working the project.

The Company at its sole discretion may cancel any order(s):

  1. if  it suspects a User has undertaken a fraudulent transaction, or
  2. if  it suspects a User has undertaken a transaction which is not in accordance with the Terms of Use, or
  3. For any reason outside the control of the Company including causes for delivery related logistical difficulties.
  4. if the Company does not want to do business with the User
  5. Incorrect or Incomplete information regarding Customer’s address (Street number, Landmark, etc.), etc.
  6. Force Majeure. The Platform shall not be liable for any failure of or delay in the performance of this agreement for the period that such failure or delay is beyond the reasonable control of a party, materially affects the performance of any of its obligations under this agreement, a could not reasonably have been foreseen or provided against, but will not be excused for failure or delay resulting from only general economic conditions or other general market effects.

We maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying users and reserve the right to deny access to such users at any time or cancel any orders placed by them in the future.

3. EXCHANGE

Our Platform does not support exchanges, therefore, no exchange is allowed.
